We are happy to announce that Discount Baby Equipment has won a Retail Systems award in the 2009 SME Retailer of the Year category. This award recognises technological developments deployed by an SME retailer. It details how the deployment of technology has led to an improvement of the overall efficiency of a small to medium organisation. Judges want to see that the technology has made a significant impact across the company - e.g. cost savings and better levels of service.
